Non-Personally Identifiable Information is information that does not identify a specific person. This type of information may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the website you visited before coming to the Site, the URL of the website you visit after leaving the Site, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, mobile carrier information, mobile device information, or general and/or aggregated location data that does constitute Personally Identifiable Information. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Active Collection

Information is collected in various ways when the Site or Service is using. Voluntary provided information is collected, such as information used to create an account or when an email is sent to us. This information includes your first and last name, display name, email address, shipping and billing addresses. Company does not hold or store any financial information. Secure PCI compliant payment processors are used to process all transaction through the Site.

Automatically Collected

This may include but is no limited to your Internet Protocol (IP) address (we may use this to approximate your location), unique device identifiers, device model and name, operating system, browser type, preferred language, your activity on the Site and the Service using. We may also automatically collect information such as how you use the features of the Service and information regarding the number, frequency and length of each session. This becomes personal data if we combine it with or link it to any of the identifying information mentioned above, but otherwise it is used in de-identified form only.

The Site collects information on the precise geo-location of your device with your consent. This option can be disabled (please see YOUR CHOICE section below). We use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel which is a we analytics tool that helps us understanding how users engage with the site. These services uses first-party cookies to track user interactions as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how users use the Site. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide the Services to our users.

You have the right to access information held about you. You also have the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personally identifiable information that we hold about you free of charge.

Please note that we will try to verify your identity via the email address or other information such as phone number that is associated with your request before deleting your account and your personal information. If another person makes this request on your behalf, please note that we will verify your identity and require them to prove that they have your written authorization to make the request on your behalf.

EEA RESIDENTS RIGHTS

Right to rectification: you have the right to have personal information rectified if inaccurate or incomplete. Where the personal information in question has been disclosed to a third party, they will be made aware of the rectification where possible.

Right to erasure: You have the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data in the following circumstances:

Where the personal data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected/processed. When you withdraw consent. When you object to the processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing. The personal data was unlawfully processed. The personal data has to be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation. This does not provide an absolute “Right to be forgotten”. Right to data portability: You have the right to obtain and reuse your personal data for your own purposes. Requests are to be made in writing, electronically, and will be handled within one month of receipt of the request.

Right to object: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or the performance of a task in the public interest/exercise of official authority (including profiling); direct marketing (including profiling); and processing for purposes of scientific/historical research and statistics. Requests will be dealt with by immediate effect with no right for refusal.

Should a data breach occur, we have compliant procedures in place to investigate and report the matter to the individual. In the event of a breach, it will be reported to you within 72 hours of discovery. A record of any breaches will be kept by Company.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

We also comply with California privacy laws, known as the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA”. We have had a policy of not selling our customers’ data to third parties on the open market.
